About Orange Coast Database Associates, Inc.
Orange Coast Database Associates is located in Laguna Niguel in Orange County, Southern California. Laguna Niguel is just inland and up the coast from Dana Point. Our training facility is in nearby San Juan Capistrano.
We provide custom, database-oriented software training to small business and departments of larger organizations We offer classes both on-site at your facilities and at our training facility in San Juan Capistrano. We also do short-term programming projects, often in conjunction with a training engagement.
All of our instructors have experience teaching working adults at the University level as well as many years professional experience. Most hold advanced degrees as well.
Policies
Cancellation
Open enrollment students receive a full refund of tuition with two weeks notice. We ourselves do not cancel classes as long as there is one paid up student enrolled.
Retakes
Open enrollment students get free retakes for a full year.
Materials
Each student will be provided with a course binder containing copies of the PowerPoint slides and usually a laminated reference guide. Some courses may include textbooks and CD-ROMs as well. A modest (typically < $10.00) materials fee applies.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We will refund the full tuition, less materials cost, if you are not completely satisfied with your open enrollment class.
Group Classes
We are happy to accommodate groups either at your facility or ours in San Juan Capistrano. We offer substantial tuition discounts to groups. Please see our main site for more information pertaining to group classes.
Training Passports
Save money by buying a training passport. 4 days. Aditional days may be purchased.
Certificates
Each student receives a signed training certificate upon completion of the full class.
